It's about time we woke up from the dream of cheap, fast food. The idea that food, the nourishment that keeps our amazing bodies alive, can and should be inexpensive, immediate, AND tasty all at the same time is a lie that we've been told over and over by very seductive marketing campaigns. The fast food empire is unsustainable. Real food costs real money, created by the real sweat of human beings. Work=productivity=goods=wealth. A products' worth can only match the labor and elements that went into creating it. Which makes one wonder the true worth of a $.59 hamburger.

Movie Review: Transformers (Revenge of the Fallen)

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Yawn. The name is so damn contrived. You know a bunch of suit-wearing d-bags, sitting around a large conference table, thinking about stroking their golf clubs came up with that name, right? Ah well, there comes a time when the most savvy computer generated images, the holiest of holy young stars, never-ending references to teeny-bopper sex, and moms accidentally using illegal drugs won't even save a Hollywood movie. I don't say film because Transformers II is not a film, it is SHITE. As if the first installment of this trilogy-to-be wasn't enough, they had to drum up another pointless story along with another insulting screenplay to lull mainstream society into an even deeper, duller, daydream. They, being the incredible visionaries behind smash hits like The Island, Xena, and Catwoman.

I say this movie is a complete waste of time.
